Holiday Shipping Information
Happy holiday season!
trashgirl is an insanely small team. When I say small team; I mean I (my name is Ky) make, pack, and ship everything and handle all customer service. Rarely do I have assistance from friends and family.
During non-holiday periods, my standard wait time for both domestic and international orders is around 2-4 weeks aside from pre-orders. Please note that during busy periods with an influx of orders, the time it takes to create your item may extend the estimated delivery window. The 2-4 week timeframe provided is an estimate, and I cannot guarantee this window.
All items at trashgirl are on pre-order or made to order. This means that any item you order is not made until after you place an order, apart from a few items that are ready to ship.
LYRIC TIGHTS NOTE
The lyric tights are by far my most popular item and have a spike for the holidays. Guaranteed holiday delivery for any lyric tights (My Chemical Romance and Pierce The Veil tights) must be placed during the Early November Pre-Order. Lyric tights orders must be ordered by Nov 14th for holiday delivery.
Holiday Cut-Offs:
11/14/2025: Lyric tights (revenge tights, hell above tights, low on gas tights).
11/22/2025: Final day for international delivery unless shipping is upgraded.
11/29/2025: Final order day for Alaska & Hawaii pre-orders unless shipping is upgraded.
12/01/2025: Final order day for all other pre-order items (48 Contiguous States).
12/15/2025: Final day for ready-to-ship items for all of the US (avril bracelets, luna keychain, trash tag, emily tee, hayley tee, mallory longsleeve, matilda tee).
Shipping Times
To receive your orders in time for the holidays, please consider the following deadlines:
48 Contiguous States: Place your orders by December 1st to guarantee delivery by the holidays.
Alaska & Hawaii: Place your orders by November 29th to guarantee delivery by the holidays.
International Orders: For international shipments, orders must be placed by November 22nd to guarantee delivery by the holidays.
If you are concerned your item(s) may not arrive in time, please consider a gift card (only available Nov-Dec).
Shipping Options
All our items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
I do not offer expedited fulfillment at this time.
If you must require a signature for delivery, when placing your order, please expand the shipping options tab and select "Signature Required".
Shipping fees are subject to change. Shipping rates fluctuate during the holidays and are out of my control. My shipping fees are automatically adjusted through USPS.
There are shipping upgrades available at checkout, but these do not change fulfillment time. Shipping upgrades are simply different shipping methods. Typically, I ship all domestic orders with USPS Ground Advantage (3-7 business days) and all international orders with USPS First Class (7-25 business days). Shipping upgrades include any preferred carriers, FedEx and UPS; as well as quicker USPS shipping; Priority, Next Day Air, etc.
Return Policy
In the event that an item does not arrive in time for the holidays, we understand your concerns, but we do not accept cancellations; however, in the event your order does not arrive in time, we do accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Tracking Your Order
All items shipped have tracking available. You'll receive a tracking number in your email confirmation, allowing you to monitor your order's journey on the USPS website from our office all the way to your mailbox.
If you opt in to create a customer account, you will be able to track your order through the site.
